NYIAL’S Women’s Group celebrates the Summer
The women’s Spanish-speaking support group will be celebrating the warm weather and taking advantage of their children’s break from school. More than ten mothers have confirmed their attendance to an outing in Central Park at 10 am on Friday July 18, 2008. There will be games and a light lunch for members of the support group. This event is organized by the group’s facilitator, Gladys Ochoa.
The women’s support group runs out of AFA’s office in downtown Manhattan and meets twice a month, offering women living with HIV and AIDS a secure place to share their experiences and learn from other women facing similar situations
