Drop-off Boxes
AFA’s drop-off boxes are available in several states across the U.S. (see exact locations below) and offer a simple way to donate unexpired HIV medication. These locked boxes are placed by AFA but monitored by a representative at each site. All collected donations are then shipped to our main office in New York, where they are screened, organized, packed, and sent to third-world countries where access to treatment is difficult.
Collectors
Collectors are partner locations without a physical box. They include pharmacies, clinics, private practices, and other health professionals who agree to receive donations directly. Just like with the drop-off boxes, all medications collected are shipped to our New York headquarters for processing and distribution abroad.
