AID FOR AIDS has spent 30 years ensuring that no one loses their life because they can’t access treatment. We built the largest HIV medication redistribution program in the world — delivering over $220 million in recycled HIV medication to more than 55,000 people across 75 countries.

Through ¿Cuánto Sabes?, our internationally recognized prevention initiative, we have educated over 409,000 people across Latin America and mobilized mvore than 233,000 youth as peer educators, building a generation that leads its own health.

AID FOR LIFE emerged from that same mission in 2016, during Venezuela’s complex humanitarian emergency, and from the start, refused to be defined by a single crisis. When we noticed the need expanded beyond HIV, we created strategic partnerships to deliver infant formula to over 2,000 babies inside the country regardless of their mothers’ status. That was the moment AID FOR LIFE became something larger, expanding across Latin America through the foundational network already built by AFA. During the 2022 Western Hemisphere migration crisis, the organization provided humanitarian relief to people in transit across the continent, evolving alongside those it served into a comprehensive model of human integration. In New York City, that model means legal support, workforce development, healthcare access, and a clear path toward financial independence. Today, more than 40,000 newly arrived immigrants have walked through our door.
